OPTION & CANCELLATION

  • Option: Via the real-time booking system you can book and cancel for free, making it the perfect instrument to put an option on the actor’s timetable while you re-confirm the booking with your client. The cancellation policy will only start applying 1 week after the Option was first set.

REAL TIME CALENDARS & BUFFER TIME 

  • All the tours with “Book now“ buttons can be booked using calendars that synchronize with actor’s calendars, allowing real time scheduling, thus simplifying the whole process. Tours on request are mentionned “Request availability“.
  • Buffer time : When booking on the real time calendars, please allow 1 hour free “buffer time” before the start of your tour (2 hours for the Joan of Arc tour) to allow the actors time for transportation.
