SYNCHRONIZED CALENDARS
- All the tours with “Sélectionner” buttons can be booked using calendars that synchronize with actor’s calendars, allowing real time scheduling, thus simplifying the whole process. Tours on request are mentionned “Request availability“.
OPTION & CANCELLATION

- Option: Via the real-time booking system you can book and cancel for free, making it the perfect instrument to take an option on a visit day & time in the actor’s agenda while you re-confirm the booking with your client.
BOOKING ANSWER DELAY & BUFFER TIME
- Answer delay : In order to allow the actors confirm or to signal an accidental overlap, please allow 4 hours (days time working hours) after booking to consider the booking time confirmed. Thank you for your understanding.
- Buffer time : When booking on the real time calendars, please allow 1 hour free “buffer time” before the start of your tour (2 hours for the Joan of Arc tour and Van Gogh tour and 4 hours for the Omaha Beach tour) to allow the actors time for transportation.
